To make a purchase simply click on the chosen product and click ' add to basket ' button for any items you wish to purchase and they will be placed into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click the “Checkout” button for payment options.
You can pay by debit or credit card, through Paypal. Use the same checkout for both, you will then be given the option to choose whether to use a debit or credit card or your Paypal account. You do not need to have a Paypal account to buy from us.
If you prefer you can pay by cheque, details will be shown on the check out page.
All of our P&P prices shown are for the United Kingdom, this does not include the Irish Republic (EU)
We will endeavour to ship all orders within ten working days (typically 3-5 days), subject to available stock.
If there is a delay beyond the normal ten working days period we will contact you by email to inform you of progress with your order.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. The delivery charge applies only once to an order. If any items are out of stock at the time you place your order, there will be no additional fee for posting them on at a later date.
We can deliver to your place of work if you would prefer.
We are happy to ship worldwide, but postal charges will vary. Please contact us via email in the first instance, let us know what you would like to order and where you would like it delivered, and we will inform you of the postage charges.
If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you.
We may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel's contents.
We have every confidence in our products, however, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or replacement. The goods must be in their original condition and packaging and unused. Returns may be made by post (at the buyer’s expense). We regret that postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty. In the event of goods arriving not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will be happy to replace them. If you do return an item, then you will be responsible for covering the cost of carriage.

We do attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free.
Every effort has been taken to ensure description, photographic reproduction and specifications of products are correct at time of going to press, colour reproduction may vary on different PC’s.
We do not store any credit card information, nor will we pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.
We use Paypal for online credit and debit clearing.
You undertake that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
